Collection: black tea

Black tea is a fully fermented tea and one of the main tea products in Chinese tea culture. Zhengshan Xiaozhong, produced in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province in the Ming Dynasty, is the ancestor of black tea. Because it can be preserved for a long time after fermentation, the Dutch shipped Xiaozhong black tea bricks to Europe through the Indonesian colony in 1610. It was then spread to India, Sri Lanka, Africa and other places for planting and production. There are hundreds of black tea varieties on the global tea market!
