Pu'er Tea

Pu'er Ripe Tea is a loose tea and compressed tea made from the sun-dried green tea leaves of Yunnan large-leaf tea (scientific name: Camellia sinensis var. assamica) from a certain area of Yunnan Province. It is post-fermented and processed. If it is unfermented tea, it is Pu'er raw tea. According to the classic saying of Chinese folk tea drinkers, the highest level of tea drinking is to drink aged raw tea.
